Meet the Team
Impera Alfa Alternative Investment Company is a venture capital fund managed by three partners who are investing in R&D projects with the support of the National Centre for Research and Development under the BRIdge Alfa programme.
He is the founder of Impera Alfa, an early-stage investment fund established in Poland focusing on innovative projects in the SaaS, Food Tech and EV Tech space. Andrzej serves as a board member and has led more than ten investments and two sales since the fund was founded in 2017. In 2010, Andrzej became a partner and board member at Impera Seed Fund in Warsaw.
Prior to joining Impera Seed Fund, he was a board member of BBI Capital NFI, one of 15 funds established by the Ministry of Treasury, which later became a public company through listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Prior to his position at BBI Capital, Andrzej, as CEO of the cartographic publishing house PPWK, was responsible for the SOP on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the acquisition of three companies.
Andrzej holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Adam is the founder of several early stage investment funds such as Vivex Investment, Impera Capital and Impera Alpha. Adam is also a private investor involved in numerous projects in the education, telecommunications, transport and real estate sectors.
Prior to becoming an active investor, he worked in the telecommunications industry, first in Poland, where he was the marketing and private market sales director at Era GSM, and later in Ukraine, where he became the general manager of Ukraine’s largest mobile operator, UMC. Prior to his career in telecommunications, Adam worked for the Australian Trade Commission as a Trade Commissioner and Consul.
Adam graduated with honours from the University of South Australia, specialising in finance and marketing, and from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Cezary Gregorczuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he pursued an individualized course of study in the field of Finance and Banking. He completed an inter-university seminar in Hamburg on Polish-German joint venture companies. He holds a stockbroker’s license.
From 2004 to 2008, he worked at the Brokerage Office of Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy S.A., where he held the position of Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office, overseeing the work of the Analysis and Investment Advisory Team, as well as the Asset Management Team.
In recent years, he has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board in several companies, including a few public companies. He has been a Business Angel.
